Who am I and what do I do at autarc?

Hi, I'm Divine, and I’m a Jr. Customer Success Manager at autarc. I’m responsible for after-sales service, ensuring our customers have the support they need to maximize the value of our solutions.

What did I do before autarc?

My professional background is rooted in traditional telephone customer service. After training as a dialogue marketing specialist, I furthered my skills with a CRM manager certification. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with prominent companies in customer service, gaining extensive experience in managing customer relationships.

Why autarc?

At autarc, I work with passionate and motivated individuals who have developed software that delivers significant value to the energy sector and supports the green transition. Our focus is always on the customer, and our processes are designed with maximum customer orientation in mind – a philosophy that resonates with me both personally and in my role as a Customer Success Manager.

What do I do outside of autarc?

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with family and friends, whether it's hiking, visiting museums, or having a cozy dinner. For me, time with family is invaluable – it’s when I recharge and find my energy.
