Who am I and what do I do at autarc?

Hi, I'm Benni, a Growth Working Student at autarc. Originally from Munich, Germany, I'm currently pursuing my International Management degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Catolica Lisbon SBE. With a passion for the startup world, I'm dedicated to building a seamless recruiting process at autarc to support our growth. Additionally, I'm strategically planning and implementing an ambassador program for our outreach initiatives.

What did I do before autarc?

Before joining autarc, I had the opportunity to explore various departments and recognized that my strengths lie in cross-departmental collaboration. My previous experiences spanned Finance, Product Management, Strategy, and People. Additionally, I contributed to the expansion of a Munich-based startup in Copenhagen, broadening my insights into different aspects of business operations.

Why did you choose autarc?

I chose to work at autarc for several compelling reasons. Foremost, the passion emanating from Thies and Etienne resonated with me. Their belief in autarc's purpose and the positive impact it can bring to society was truly inspiring. Furthermore, they illustrated the significant contribution I could make to the company and demonstrated a clear path towards achieving our shared goals. As someone who loves startups and the dynamic environment they offer, joining autarc felt like stepping into a realm of endless possibilities and creativity.

What do I do outside of autarc?

Outside autarc, in addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I find joy and relaxation in various activities. I'm an avid gym enthusiast, utilizing it as a means to unwind and alleviate stress. Spending quality time with friends, whether at bars or during travel adventures, is another aspect of my life that I cherish. Currently residing in Lisbon, I've taken up the exciting challenge of learning to surf, making the most of the ideal waves in this vibrant city. As a member of START Lisbon, the largest entrepreneurship student program globally, I actively engage in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.
